Pastel Pencils

I was browsing around e-bay and came across a set of 24 Derwent Pastel Pencils for a Buy-It-Now price of $16.99 and free shipping. Normally they're $60 retail and about $30 on Blick's. There are a couple available and I'm considering buying a set, not much of a pastel person though.
