Old Woman

I played with this trying to imitate Harley Brown's style.
I don't understand why he doesn't have a website...
but you can always google him.

Done with assorted brands of soft and hard pastel on Canson Mi-teintes paper (smooth side). Actual size is 12" x 16".
I added the frame in PS.

Comments are welcome.
Is this the only way we can attach a drawing?

Re: Old Woman

Nap time!

Stunning as always. As much as I like your black and white work, I have to say your colour stuff is really striking, hard to tell which I like more. But I'm sure that's a dilemma every artist would love for their viewers to experience.

Thanks, Graham.
I happened to use bright, attractive colors on this piece, and that's also the beauty of pastel.

Re: Old Woman

Your lines are great considering your medium as pastel. You bring more warm colors into your art work.
