That's looking fantastic. The only criticism I can give is to work with your value. The way the light hits it and the subtle shades mean everything especially in eyes and wrinkles. There's a guy on YouTube that explains all this extremely well. Look up 5 pencil method. I guess what I'm trying to say is the gradation of it all however subtle has a huge impact. Search through my threads and you'll see the jack Nicholson joker I did. That's one example of what I mean. It took forever but if you keep building those layers it will come out I promise. Maybe you could post the reference photo and we could explain further.

It's all eraser and fine layers of graphite until I got it the way I wanted. I tried to stay away from bold lines to make it appear more natural.
