Took many layers to do this..particularly the hair..
and finally able to use the pen pressure a bit.
Thanks to Tom (Phan-Tom)..although your settings didn't help much
but it pushed me to look harder.
Also played a bit with the border...
it's not perfect but hope you like it.

Not perfect? Are you kidding?!? It looks like a photograph! Spectacular work, especially on the lips, teeth, and eyes!

Outstanding piece, Rob! The decorate border looks great too.
I'm wondering if that blue tint in her left pupil, and iris is necessary. I'm sure that it's in the reference, but if I were retouching the photo, I would change it. Just a thought.

Well it¡s looks like only a little too brilliant, but it gives that a very nice effect.

On my computer monitor the blue highlight shows up in her left pupil as Phan-Tom pointed out, and now that I look at it, I agree that it does look a little out of place. I never noticed that on first inspection! Maybe I should go back to seeing it as being absolutely perfect, Straycat!
