Why do you need to know?
It looks like it was created with an airbrush, or by computer graphics.
As for the style of drawing, I'm not sure if there is a name for it.
High contrast, broken down into graphic shapes and colors.

Actually it would fit under the category of "Stencil Art" or "Stencil Portrait"
