Why do I see Daily Deviations like this?

If you belong to Deviantart, you probably noticed the Daily Deviations. There's an awful lot of photos chosen which are just a model and a lot of blood. Makes me wonder if it's the same Gallery Moderator constantly displaying work that depicts violence. The further question is anything depicting a model and a whole lot of blood always worthy of a Daily Deviation?
