Someone stole another one of Brian's drawings

Someone pointed out on the thief's page that it says "1976" in the bottom corner of the puppies drawing! hahaha I hadn't even noticed! I couldn't find out how old the thief is but judging by the fact she has a boyfriend and lists her favourite music as "Slipknot, Bullet for my Valentine, Metallica, Korn and the rest of the awesome bands out there", I'd say she's between the ages of 15 and 18... not quite born yet in 1976!

They took my drawing down today. But I don't understand why they don't ban these people. When I reported her, I specifically requested that she be banned. As if stealing art wasn't bad enough, she was trying to SELL it too!!

I think DA definitely need to reassess their policies on when people do or do not get banned.

I know they have recently updated some things to do with what's tolerated in terms of copying and tracing (which is still coming in for criticism from many) but in the case of this kid stealing your drawing, claiming it as her own and trying to sell it as her own, as far as I'm concerned that's a bannable offence.

I thought for sure she would be banned. You would think that DA would not want to be involved in taking money under false pretenses if she sold some prints.

I guess I'll have to try and find as many pieces as I can.
I found another one. This person also has a DA account,
and prints are being offered on this one too.
I'm not planning on reporting this one, but I sent the artist a note. Hopefully they'll take her a little more seriously.

Tineye.com is the webpage she uses to find the thieves, it's got a thing for putting in a url and searching , I did that with the link of the pony from her page , when I done the search it brought CanadianMaples avatar up, must have been from a comment he made.
