Corpse Bride: WIP

Hi everyone..,

I have been on this forum for months.. I check it almost everyday but have not posted one of my works yet so I would like to do so.. I started drawing not long ago so my work is not yet that good, therefore I appreciate every comment. I started with a character of one of my favorite movies; Corpse Bride. It's not yet finished.

so we could give you a constructive crit or advice.

I know it is just a sketch and I started drawing easy things like this just to practice. I would like to try something new, but I don't know where to start.. Someone good advice for me? It's always safer to draw easy things but I would like to improve myself but I'm kinda stuck, don't know where to start or what to try first It's a really frustating feeling

Try some objects, put some shadows, lights, etc.
