portrait open to critiques

pls i want to know what an not doing right.i want to achieve brilliant level of reality.am open 2 critiques.medium:4b,2b,2h n charcoal. I use cotton wool and tissue 4 blending http://postimage.org/image/11fgcl2c/

i think its exalent .
it looks like u have alot of talent in your art so i say keep on with the good stuff. the more you do the better you get.

Agree with Brendan about the size.From what i can see it looks very promising,got anything else or a clearer picture?
