Jeff Bridges WIP

Well, here it is. So far, I'm quite satisfied with how things are going, especially the eyes and hair. I might wanna go a bit darker, what do you guys think? Here's the reference... http://www.hellomagazine.com/imagenes/p ... rofile.jpg

Re: Jeff Bridges WIP

Thanks :). How are the tones looking? I really focused on going darker, but I think I kind of missed my mark on doing so.

Re: Jeff Bridges WIP

Is it the original contrast? I don't know how the photo looks, but i guess you could go darker. But it really depends on the draft, when you want it to be realistic.

Re: Jeff Bridges WIP (small update, went darker)

Well I decided it would be a good idea to go darker. So I did, and wow! What a difference it made! Now I just have to figure out how to to do the facial hair, lol. I tried it once, but I just ended up erasing it after not being to pleased with the results. Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually.

Re: Jeff Bridges WIP

The skin looks already way better! :D
To do the same on the hair, you must be brave. It is difficult and you are right, you could mess it up.....but when you don't try it, you won't improve.
So, good luck!

Re: Jeff Bridges WIP

It's not always easy to comment on progress Michael, sometimes it's a case of trying different approaches and see what happens.Looking good though.
