I haven't posted a WIP yet, so here we go... Geddy Lee from RUSH. I just roughed this one out...

We cannot stress enough the importance of gridding,the hairline is wrong in two places,and the chin is out,please try and grid,for my sake and yours
If this comes across as being a bit harsh, then good,it's like being on a roundabout on here sometimes,please do some homework!!!

Well, I haven't been able to work on this much, but I have made a little progress. Still a lot to do, but here it is now...

Looking fantastic,mind that chin though...needs thinning,I know you can get this right
