A little help?

I really want to finish this drawing but the clothes are black. And i want it to be darker than everything else. I just have a normal pencil and some charcoal. I don't want to use charcoal because its a bit messy. Should i just go ahead and use a normal pencil but just use a lot of pressure? Or should I wait until I buy some professional drawing pencils that are like B2 and stuff?

The pic is actually a lot higher quality. Its just my iPod cam sucks.

Re: A little help?

I'd suggest using a 4b or a 6b pencil and re-apply a few layers. Don't use too much pressure though. It tends to leave a horrible 'sheen' on your drawing.

Hey, Don't waste your drawing by pressing on. use a good pencil like 6B or 8B if you want more dark.
