Getting Better

On the first his body is too small, but I feel like I actually got the proportions right on his face. Which has been hard for me to do with no reference photos.


I've been working on his body, still not quite there, but I'll post an updated pic when its there.

This is something I drew today. His nose is too long and something isn't quite right with his eyes.
If any of you can tell what is wrong with his eyes, please let me know.

Because eyes are round they had some phases of shades, its darker in corner and its getting lighter as it gets closer to lense,,and just very close to lense is actually white,,as u did draw it all white it looks rather flat then round,,try to put some shades in it,,,it might help

I went through and changed a few things on both drawings and used your advice on the eyes. I think they look quite a bit better.



Also made the body larger on this one. Still not sure if it proportionate.


Then another I just started today.

Once again revised this one... I just can't leave it alone and something is still wrong.
I need to go in and put details into the beard.

Can anyone give me any tips of drawing the scars on the left side of his face?
