Been thinking, am I supposed to be ashamed of my parents behaviour? Should I hide who they are? Plenty of people have crappy parents. Should we never mention it, like we are some kind of secretly plagued people? That seems stupid. $*#!t happens. I didn't pick them.

Is this too old of a thread? I just had to say Angele is written Angèle in French. It's not per sé the french version of Angel, as in an angel. That is ange, like Maple said. Anyway, you read my mind, I was wondering about that extra e (and s) myself.

I love Angeline! And I like your full name! Having 5 names must be confusing, well not for you I bet... Here in Qc, I don't know about other provinces, but when I was born, I got the name Marie automatically as my birth name, as does every girl. And boys get the name Joseph. Of course, we don't use those in life, but they are on the birth certificate. I think they stopped doing that now. So my birth name would be Marie - then the name of my god mother if you are a girl, and god father if you are a boy (preceeded by Joseph for the boy), and then your usual "real" name. If you want to use your godmother's name, that's fine. But generally, you don't like her name... because it's something like "Pierette", like it is for me! hehe!
