The illustration board I referred to, I just meant a thick paper to be able to mount or frame. I think your work is incredible and whatever you end up doing with it you'll find success. Every profession requires a "first", maybe you'll just have to be the pioneer of the field.

you can tell that it is a drawing, even though it is incredibly photo-realistic

I have to disagree with this.
Have you seen the works of Paul Lung?

I think the element of colour that is present in digital art is also something that makes it stand out above photo-realistic graphite drawings.

How about the other medium..like OIL?

The only cases of this I know are of famous people like Prime Ministers/Presidents, royalty, etc.

And also not-so-famous people like company presidents; church leaders; company's CEO...etc.
Check out the works of John Howard Sanden....
I bet you've never heard of most of his clients.

The amount of time it takes to produce high quality artwork is probably one deterrent, especially when people can have their pictures taken at Wal-Mart and then have limitless copies printed in an hour! Except for the digital art, another limitation is that you only get one copy, in one size!

You can now mass-produce an artwork..even if it's not digital.
Check out Giclee printing.

I have been systematically disassembled and refuted on every point... do you do anything other than produce amazing works of digital art and research points to nail me on? I'm not even gonna try to defend myself on any of this... I surrender! Uncle!

There are many facts that I "may" not know, but that doesn't stop me from refuting you on them!
