OLD WOMAN II

Did this several weeks ago.
Tried painting loosely but to no avail.
This was based on my own photo and composition.
The photo is so-so but the painting is even worse.

Assorted pastel on Canson Mi-Teintes (smooth side).
Actual size: 12" x 16"

This is such a crazy subject! I love it....great work man. This may be my favorite piece of yours. Seems so original to me!

A drawing of this in graphite would be just as great.
